Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
Contact other departments directly for urgent repairs.
Deliver guest requests and set up furniture items in guest rooms as requested.
Secondary school graduate or equivalent
Relevant experience is preferable or complete relevant training scheme
Service-oriented, accept rotating task
Fair in spoken English and Putonghua
Shift duty is required (From 6am to 4:30pm & 3:30pm to 2am)
